Please note that all sales of blind boxes are final. Due to the surprise and collectible nature of blind box items, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been made.

Each blind box is sealed and randomly packed by the manufacturer. The contents are unknown until opened, and we have no control over which item you receive. We are unable to accommodate requests for specific characters or compensate for duplicates when purchasing individual boxes.
